Position Overview

Virtual Edge Assistance is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Donor Outreach Agent to support Every Car Can program. This position will focus primarily on outbound calls to previous donors and individuals who previously expressed interest in donating a vehicle but did not complete the donation process.

The main objective of this role is to reconnect with potential donors, understand their current interest, answer questions, and identify opportunities to generate new vehicle donations while providing a professional and positive donor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous donors and prospective donors from an assigned contact list.
• Re-engage individuals who previously showed interest but did not complete a vehicle donation.
• Contact previous donors to identify potential new donation opportunities.
• Clearly explain the vehicle donation process and answer basic donor questions.
• Build rapport and communicate in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Identify interested donors and assist with the next steps in the donation process.
• Accurately document call outcomes and relevant donor information.
• Follow established call scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete assigned follow-ups and maintain consistent productivity.
• Coordinate with Every Car Can team when additional assistance or escalation is required.

• We are looking for someone who is:
• Fluent or highly proficient in English.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive without being aggressive.
• Strong in communication and active listening.
• Comfortable handling rejection and continuing with a positive attitude.
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service or call-center experience preferred.
• Previous outbound calling, sales, lead generation, fundraising, or appointment-setting experience is a plus. Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace required.
