Virtual Edge Assistance is seeking a Web & Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital presence across web, content, social media, SEO, and paid advertising. This role sits at the intersection of website operations and performance marketing, ensuring our digital channels are accurate, optimized, and driving measurable results.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys managing websites, creating and maintaining content, running SEO and PPC campaigns, and supporting overall digital growth. The Web & Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and clients to support brand visibility, lead generation, and performance goals.


Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Management

  • Manage, update, and maintain company and client websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Publish and update website content, landing pages, blogs, and basic design elements.
  • Ensure website accuracy, functionality, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate updates related to campaigns, promotions, and organizational changes.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical improvements.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, or similar platforms).
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Support email marketing, lead capture, and conversion tracking efforts.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and engagement across channels.
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track website, SEO, PPC, and social performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and ad platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and clients to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, or external vendors when needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and digital assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web management and digital marketing execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and PPC (hands-on experience required).
  • Experience managing websites and content using CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, or business units.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Basic design or UX knowledge (not required but a plus).
  • Experience working in a remote or BPO-supported environment.
