Business Development Director / Intern (Remote U.S. or LATAM)

We’re now looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Director or Intern to help build our entire business development and sales model from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a fast-scaling company.

Role Overview
The Business Development Director/Intern will lead or assist in designing and executing our sales and business development framework. This includes identifying target markets, developing client acquisition strategies, and establishing performance systems for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement the business development and sales strategy for Virtual Edge Assistance.

– Identify and pursue B2B client opportunities across the U.S. market.

– Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and presentations.

– Collaborate with leadership to define sales KPIs, processes, and team structure.

– Assist with proposal writing, pitch decks, and digital marketing initiatives.

– Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

– Meet project and sales deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

– Strong knowledge or background in sales, marketing, or business development.

– Prior B2B sales experience preferred (internship or professional).

– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

– Sales-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.

– If applying as an intern, must be in the final year of a Business, Marketing, or related degree program.

– Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a remote environment.
